Lauren Cherry

"Connecting with people and telling their stories is Lauren's passion, a passion she hopes to convey in her design work."

Lauren describes her style as feminine and classic with a modern edge.  She loves florals, rich fabrics and mixing classic pieces with vibrant artwork.

Her career started as a producer, photographer, reporter and anchor for newspaper, magazine, digital media and television. Connecting with people and telling their stories is a passion, a passion she hopes to convey in her design work.

In 2015, Lauren made a career change and started working in the marketing and project management department for a General Contracting firm that specialized in design build, project management and value engineering.

From designing marketing materials to managing sub-contractors and design professionals, Lauren’s passion for project management and the design process grew. Her latest project was a $20+ million historical renovation.

Upon graduating with her Bachelor’s degree, she obtained certifications in Environmental Compliance Assessment Training and Tracking Systems (ECATTS), Construction Quality Management for Contractors (QCM) and Certified Green Professional (CGP).

In her spare time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her son Brock, exploring historical architecture, watching football and keeping up with her rescue dogs Riley, Cameron and Gessner.
